We send a short form by email. Fill it in and we start the appointment knowing your history instead of spending ten minutes on it.
Forty five minutes. We talk through what happened, then we watch you move. You will be asked to move in ways that hurt a bit, because that is how we find it.
You do not come back for a second appointment to start being treated. Hands on work, and you leave with two or three exercises, not a photocopied sheet of twenty.
Before you go, you get a straight answer on roughly how many sessions this is likely to take and what would make us change our mind.
Wear something you can move in. Bring your trainers if it is a leg, foot or running problem.
“I had been told by two people that a frozen shoulder just takes eighteen months and to get on with it. Twelve weeks here and I can reach the top shelf. I still do the exercises every morning.”
“What I actually needed was somebody to tell me it was not serious. She explained what was happening in my back in about four sentences, and half the pain was the worry.”
“Third session in they told me it was not a physio problem and sent me back to my GP with a letter. It turned out they were right. Nobody has ever turned down my money before.”
Pick a treatment and a rough time and we will confirm by text within the hour, in clinic hours. No phone call needed unless you want one.
